• To receive a refund within the guarantee time period, you must lock the program, record the deactivation code that will be generated, and return the deactivation code within the time period specified below. Your purchase price in U.S. dollars will be promptly refunded with no questions asked.
• If the program has been unlocked on two computers, both computers must be deactivated and the deactivation codes provided to  Wild Ginger Software, Inc. within the guarantee time period.
• Absolutely NO refunds will be given for programs purchased from a third party.
• Absolutely NO refunds will be given without proof of product deactivation.
