How do you sew the phoneMP3 case?

Hi,

How do you sew the cell phone case?  I usually can figure these things out, But this one has me stymied and I couldn't find any instructions.

There are sewing instructions for all of the Wild Things items.  Click on Help and then click on Sewing Guide on the top toolbar.  The phone case is on page 23.
