When you post questions on our forums, it will be most helpful if you include as much information as possible. There are a lot of people who are willing to answer questions and you are more likely to get an answer if your post includes as much information as you can provide.

Some important bits of information may include:

- software program and version you are using

- subject lines specific to your question (not just help me)

- what you were doing when you encountered your problem or an error

- any error messages that you receive including the entire error message

- what you are trying to accomplish, design, fit, etc.

When it comes to asking for help, too much information is better than too little.
